I accept returns and exchanges up to 7 days from delivery of product. If an item arrives damaged, please message me and I will make you a new one.  If an item is different than expected, please message me and I will send you a return label free of charge and make you a new item upon receiving the original. If you would prefer a refund, I will issue that upon receiving the original item as well.

I provide free shipping to all orders within the US. I use USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

Everything is made to order to allow for customer modifications/personalization. It takes 6-10 business days to make the item. Items typically arrive within 2 weeks of purchase.
