It is made from three layers of 1/4 inch wood: Two layers of natural alder and one layer of stained poplar. There are three sizes and a variety of colors for the fish to choose from.
 
It has a 1/2 inch backing so it floats slightly off the wall, giving it a nice dimensional look. The backing has a built-in hanger as well, so all you need is a nail or screw to get it on the wall!
